Time to Celebrate with a Good Old Fashioned Block Party 

Street Closure for a Melrose Park Block Party is now allowed. Residents wishing to have a block party must bring or mail in an application for a special permit in the Building Department at the Village Hall. The permit is free, but must be submitted to the village trustees for approval since traffic must be rerouted to accommodate a party. The village will provide barricades on both ends of the block.
